Our friend Brad Inman was in San Diego today, and he treated John and I to lunch at Point Loma Seafood. The weather cooperated…as usual!
Years ago (Mid 1990’s, and about the time RealTown, RealTalk, AETalk were created), I had the good fortune of attending the first Inman News Real Estate Connect…in the woods, somewhere near the Russian River, with my friend, colleague, and business partner, Jack Harper (who performed his technological feats of skill in the Bat Cave, a smokey dungeon of a place :-). Prior to that, I had participated in a number of Home Buyer Seminars sponsored by Brad, around 1993.
